Analytics cookies
Google Analytics 4 sets _ga and _ga_… (valid for two years). They hold a random number that recognises a returning visitor — no name, no email. What we measure and how to opt out is explained in the privacy policy. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser at any time; the site keeps working without them.
What else we use
Your browser’s localStorage (not cookies) remembers a few practical things on your own device: your My playlist songs, a dismissed announcement bar, and your song reactions. None of this leaves your browser.
The cookie notice stores your choice in a cookie of its own (blocksy_cookies_consent_accepted). If you leave a comment, WordPress can set an optional functional cookie so you don’t have to retype your name next time.
Third parties
The YouTube player is embedded via youtube-nocookie.com and only loads after you press play. Once playing, YouTube may set its own cookies under Google’s policy. External links (Spotify, Telegram, Revolut) lead to services with their own cookie policies.
